Bleach - Debating Life from God's View Point

Post  Monty2289 on Sat Aug 22, 2009 5:07 am

Spoiler:
Congrats to Hachigan for being the first minor-ish character who isn't the strongest of his class against one of if not the strongest of the Arrancar class for shuting Barringan up. He is so fuxing Irritating. Especially his logic. Having 1 Arrancar above him and being ruled over by a Shinigami and yet claiming to be a god. However I really didn't understand the logic in how he was "defeated". I'm using defeated losely but that looks about it. But seriously. So he sliced off his own arm which I assume is with kido? And then transferred it inside Barringan's stomatch. Alright well I can understand it. He used the forbidden space alteration kido around the space of his arm only. That is what sliced it off. And transfered it into Baringan's body. That's logical.

But what the hell is up with that still. Not only was it accurate but it was quick. And preformed during the middle of a barrier. Much much faster than the former Kido Corps Commander's usage though it was only one time. Damn...guess that does prove something. THat is unless its his mask that gave him the necessary influence to do so.

But still don't get how he died. It couldn't have been kido. When Hachi explained I guess he stated that if his power was so great not even he himself can over come it. And it ages everything. And since he placed his arm inside of Barringan his own aging power ate at it and killed him from the inside out? I just don't see how the arm inside the body fits with that. Considering if it was true Barringan would have killed himself a long time ago.

Spoiler:
Well my assumption on it is that when the black mist of the arrancars power touches you the decay begins where it touched first and cotinues until all living tissues are consummed. So by hachi tranfering his decaying arm into the stomach, I believe it didnt have to be the stomach just anywhere in his body, it ate his arm and proceeded to eat all the other living tissues it touched. Meaning the arrancar...

What you think?

That doesn't make any sense like I said. The decaying arm couldn't have been the key factor. Or maybe it was. I'm just saying. You'd think his biology would with stand his own power. Its like eating bad Chow Mein apparently. It'll fux your whole system up.

That's the PKU retardation factor in Barringan's logic

I doubt that Barragan's power was as great as he thought since he lost to the weakest of the vizards(well among them anyway). Then again using someone's power against them is a tested strategy and it works pretty well because usually a person's attack power is greater than their defense. As seen with Yugioh cards.

I usually stuck with more defence than attack personally...

Me thinks someone is acting smug because they beat me with a meta "Synchro Cat" (Quick Synchro Deck) Regardless when did we start makig comparisons to YGO.

But yeah Barringan had dellusions of grandeur as far as his so called amazing power was concerned. Every single powerhouse attack that was hammered at him got the best of him. If anything he just had enough power to survive them not overcome (Considering that if Hornet Thunder Whip struck in the same manner twice ~ or more though only Soi-fon is limited to once every few days. Then Barringan would probably be dead) He had no attack power or anything. Just effect spamming i.e. the closer you are to me the more you rust/age/wither

In reality to me he didn't seem all that powerful and/or amazing, he practically did nothing just standing around and letting his influence corrupt/age/whatever everything it touched and I personally like some hand-to-hand combat...it gets me more pumped up

well if you think about it, thats all we could expect of Barringan. I mean he had an awesome power that at the time seemed limitless, which was his downfall, so if you have such power whats the point in learning how to fight hand to hand? I mean punch him and then you have no hand left... If that doesnt convince you think about it this way; say you had a strong telicanetic ability to control any object that you wanted... wouldnt you use that ability almost exclusivly and not do anything at all with your hands? okay granted this is a bad analogy but you get my point...

It really is sort of a bad analogy. As a psychic (in telekinetics) I'd use my body a lot. Such as using my mind with a throwing power greater than my own muscles to punch people twice as hard or use it to fly or form telekinetic proxy which is stronger than my own skin to pierce people. So there you go. So in Barringan's case he fails thinking his little age spamming power was the shit when he could have been using some time to train his actual fighting skills....if he had any.
