I find your first answer more reasonable. The second answer makes it seem as if Kenpachi is weaker than Nell.

Seeing as Kenpachi wasn't fighting with full strength, and doesn't have a crazy power, of course he would seem weaker than Nell. Plus, Nell was the ex-Tercera, the only reason she didn't kill him was the fact she was turned back to a little kid.

I am pretty sure Kenpachi is weaker than Ulquiorra, considering how bad Ichigo got pwned by him time and time again. Ulquiorra literally killed Ichigo.

Out of those 5, I think Yammy is the weakest... because he is only 0 when in release, also, when Ichigo went bankai, he was able to take off his arm, much before he got control of his inner hollow.

I am guessing the strongest may be Wonderweiss or the big monster because it was capable of blowing away Yama-jinn's fire.

Spoiler:: I doubt it is Stark, Ulqiuorra, or Yammy. It is either Wonderweiss or Superchunky in my opinion (the oh so valuable one!) but anyway, I believe it's probably Wonderweiss, seeing as he has had so little development that he is most likely supposed to be the ace in the hole, or the best card in Aizen's hand. Speaking of Aizen,

Spoiler:: I'll give all my Otaku material -- fanbooks, drawings, paintings, figures, mangas, anime files, all of it -- to bet that the Vizards will come, beat up Wonderweiss & Superchunky, get beat up by Aizen, and Ichigo & co. appears from Hueco Mundo (for no apparent reason) and beats up Aizen.

I've never seen such see-through plot devices ever since I started re-reading Detective Conan. What fun is Conan if you already know who's teh criminal?!
