Let me apologize and explain my absense for the past month or so. As some of you may know I've had back problems for a while and in may I was hospitalised. Beyond it, actually. All the Espada are at least Captain level. Remember Captain #10 Toushiro struggled against Arrancar #11, Ichigo needed to go Bankai against Yami, Weakest of the Espada. The 5th Espada was able to fight evenly with Kenpachi Zaraki. Grimmjow totally kicked Bankai Ichigo's butt and even in Vizard mode, Ichigo barely won. One of the Vice-Lord's Tousen instantly cut of an Annihalated Grimmjow's Arm before he could react and Aizen's reiatsu alone could send Grimmjow to his knees. Only the strongest of Captains can compete with the Espada.

Its because of Baraku's stat rule. Espada Lord is 16,000 base reiatsu and ressurection is 10x boost however my own Zanpaktou gives me an extra 62.5x increase
