Description: Kushizashi is a simple weapon. It is a single, long but thin blade attached to a series of three loops that fit over the right arm. The blade extends well past even the outstretched hand and is sharp on the underside past the point the wielder's hand can reach. The top side is not sharp and curves down towards the tip. Kushizashi resembles a claw weapon in these regards but has a longer reach (1.5 feet.) The sheath for the blade is actually on the forearm and the blade can be retracted into it.
