Effect: The reiatsu in the atmosphere becomes so condensed that it appears to fall like snow from the heavens, this attack begins slowly yet the condensed reiatsu keeps gathering forming bigger balls of snow before they turn into fist sized hail which descend at rapid speed from the air to the ground shattering the floor with enough force to kill and average human. The velocity and ferocity of the attack make it very difficult to evade yet it is not impossible since the diameter of the attack is about a 10 meter circle.

Drawbacks: The reiatsu builds up slowly and it takes about 20 seconds for the reiatsu to build up into the fist sized hails and this combined with the fact that the reiatsu is being directly channeled to the atmosphere it drains some of the user’s reiatsu, yet when the reiatsu is released from the body it stays on the atmosphere for a long period of time(what that means is that I might infuse 5 seconds worth of reiatsu now and then 5 minutes later I’ll infuse 5 seconds more…) and the reiatsu is not visible until 10 seconds worth of reiatsu have been infused which is the time it begins to fall like snow yet the pressure of the attack can be felt.
