Effect: The user charges reiatsu iaround his body for a short period before he punches the ground with both of his fist’s directly implementing their reiatsu into the water particles in the ground and the atmosphere creating a 10 meter circle from which hundreds of spikes each raging from about 5 to 10 meters long sprout in half a second in all directions(think superman’s fortress of solitude type thing yet much smaller.)

Drawbacks: If the user doesn’t immobilize the target before he releases the attack then the chances of hitting the target are almost cero if the target knows what the attack is and what it does because if they aren’t prepared for what’s coming the attack doesn’t give them a chance to find out, this attack is very tiring and should only be done when the user is 100 percent certain that it will hit.
