Spirit Appearance (Zanpaktou only): A large half note, in the hole there is a face that floats without a base. It's land is a giant piece of sheet music covered in notes and on the notes there are instruments of all sorts dancing.

Description: A black Soprano Saxophone with golden buttons, the mouthpiece is silver and the ligature is bronze. On the side of the Soprano Sax, there is a black dragon insignia, and on the other side there is a wyvern spitting fire.

Shikai (Second Form)

Release Command: "Sing the scales of death, Myu-Jikaru Tenrai Hoshikuzu!"

Description: A black Alto Saxophone is covered with white streaks and lines, and on the mouthpiece there is zigzags of navy blue. Over the black of the Sax there are flames.

Abilities:

Ability 1: Plays major scales to attack with a barage of musical vibrations.

Ability 2: Summons Zanpakuto Spirit for battle.

Bankai (Final form)

Description: A black Tenor Saxophone with a completely white mouthpiece and black ligature. On the side there is a long blade insignia with a skull and crossbones.

Abilities:

Ability 1: Plays Flight of the Bumblebee to preform his strongest attack.

Ability 2: Plays Into the Fire and Flames to set the land on fire.

Ability 3: Plays from Low B flat to high high F to preform the explosive self-destruct.

Ability 4: Plays his Saxophone chromatic scale to transfer more energy into himself.

Eh...Isn't it a rule of the site (or RPs in general) that you can't rewrite your abilities. There's nothing in Bleach that you can allow to be fundamentally designated as "evolving your zanpakuto" either. The only way you could get that is that you kill your character and someone else picks up your Zanpakuto (and is somehow able to use it) or you create a different character with a similar zanpakuto. Though inspiration is nice...It's kind of suckage that you saw someone's current idea and decided to manipulate that aspect for yourself. No offense but yeah...

Once my character gets bankai we battle!

Which you do with your own ideas. Music comes in the form to inspire like any other aspects of creativity in life. (That's not just for the RP that's just life in general) WIth that in mind why not just fight him with his own ideas and you with yours. The technical note: is that you would just prove by being a better musician because he doesn't have an instrument. But um..."What the hell anywayz?!" You guys are supposed to be fighting.

Not that I'm avoiding the humor in that fight between instruments but really.... He should be proud of what he already made instead of stealing ideas and just spar with you instead of coming up with some random recreation of his zanpakuto. I'm only noting the ruling that states that he cannot recreate his zanpakuto/ablities. Neither can you consider this an advance in abilities or a so called "evolution of his zanpakuto". Let's stick to the basic ideals for a zanpakuto to some degree

The only thing I could think of is what Gohan did. His char stole byakuya's zanpakuto.

Eh you're missing the point. Even my Zanpakuto's Bankai is a Variety Elemental Version of Byakuya Kuchiku's Senbonzakura Kageyoshii. I said Innovation is fine. Innovation on the spur of the moment just because someone had a more interesting idea isn't.

And the main point wasn't that. Its the notion that you can't up and change your zanpakuto or consider those effects he created as extensions or evolution aspects of his zanpakuto. Also I (myself) would enforce the idea of especially getting up and changing it just because someone came along with a more awesome idea.

No I got that, it was just a given. I agree with Monty all the way. But what I don't get is why. Seriously, the person wouldn't even know how to play it so it would just be weak.

Oh okay. Well that's well good to have other notions. I will admit that I do hate copies. It might not be an exact copy but your zanpakuto is basically an instrument like his (Meaning you copied the format of Bagtrooper's zanpakuto completely) Not just the aspect of it being a "Sound Inducing Poison" Type Zanpakuto. Although it doesn't poison. So yeah copying = bad.
Copying is normally fine but you kind of stole his zanpakuto's make-up. (Which is in essence an instrument, regardless of what ever it does. No two shikai/bankai are similar even if they have the same effects. Their make-up is always unique)

That's not up to me but as previously pointed out. It is against a ruling made by this site.

Have you even realized that LightWing2 (although he logs on like once a week) isn't even here in the first place? Maybe your time would be better spent doing something else as like...oh I don't know, making sure the loopholes in the forum rules aren't gaping wide like they are now? And besides, I like how Monty gives insight into basically everything from New Ideas to "Bleached", but the length is getting, ugh, "out of hand". I feel like turning into a half-orc/half-troll lvl 19 barbarian NPC then stomping on you all. "ME CRUSH TINY HUMANZ!"

Although it IS Light's fault (why do I simplify peoples ID's so much?) for copying Trooper's ideas about an instrument-Zankupato, it's ultimately up to the admins to dole out punishments. Although I don't know what to do in a situation like this (we had people copy Canon Zankupatos, but never a case of someone actually doing this - now it looks plain wrong) so yup.

Here's the conclusion: let's all drink water through our noses hanging upside down on a tree in the Shinsengumi base!

P.S. I'm not sure if I'm sad or glad it's a no so far, because if it was a yes I would've wanted to crush that guy so much in an epic fight and if it was no I wouldn't have to deal with him.

Thanks and I can't apologize for length. After all this is a site were writting is sort of a necessity. However I'll apologize for where it was posted at. Because sole decision does lie with the admins. I do feel that it is neccessary to point out that his ideas are a little ripped off at best. ----I mean I've written a bunch of innovations of this site so will have to give me a bit of empathy because I did pour some time into each one of them.

Look its not really a big deal to copy Canon Characters Zanpaktou if the admins have no problem with it since your not really hurting anyones feelings since the characters dont really exist at all. Their just cartoon characters basically. But if you were to copy someone else's ideas then that person could be upset by the turn of events. They worked really hard on their ideas and one of two things will happen. A)They Will be flattered because imitiation is the most sincerest form of flattery or B)They will complain and be fairly upset with the copier. So in my oppinion it should be Trooper's decision whether to press charges against Light for copyright or not. That's my two cents

all of this is a little bit inrelevent cause he already has a zanpaktou sp this isn't going to be approved
