well we havent seen kenpachi's bankai lol!

byakuya is an all arounder but kenpachi speacilises in close melee combat and most likely has an advantage of byakuya there.

people might say that byakuya is too fast for kenpachi but being a captain is no easy feat, im guessing he has figured a stragedy to overcome his slow speed.

Kenpachi's strategy is beating ppl before they realize he's not really in tune with his sword; just wearing them down physically. Personally, i think Byakuya would be too arrogant when fighting Kenpachi, so he'd lose cause of that.

Yeah but thats only if he can catch Kamuyamato, but he is really really fast. If Byakuya uses bankai, He wins this for sure. Kenpachi has no way of fighting 100,000,000 Senbonzakura blades.

Well I dunno know about that... He did defeat Tousen's like almost impossible Bankai doodad. I think we should just give him the benefit of the doubt...As I said earlier, if he beat down Byakuya enough by slashing and hitting, I'm sure eventually Byakuya will just be too worn out to put up much of a fight. HOWEVER...Byakuya is still the best character in the show, next to Hitsugaya and Ichigo. lol

Kenpachi was able to pull it off because he still had the sense of touch and pain. He had incredible endurance and courage. However Byakuya's Bankai cannot be endured, its an onslaught and Kenpachi doesnt have the speed to dodge them. In my oppinion, Kenpachi wouldnt try to dodge it even if he could, its not his style. He will try to tank the attack, but eventually the blood loss will overwhelm. It might take an extended period of time but losing is inevitable, when your only defense is to take the attacks head on.

who do you think would win, old man Yamamoto or Aizen?

Yamamoto is strong, but Aizen is like the final boss of a game or story. The Final Boss is usually stronger than everyone else. So I suppose one way or another, Aizen will come out victorious, though it wont be easy.

renji survied one of byakuya's bankai
although he looked like dried crap afterwards lol he was still standing until byakuya did another attack

are we still talking about byakuya and kenpachi...WELL i don't think kenpachi really has any "attack" really, except like whipping off that eye patch and just being crazy! We're going back to the fact that Byakuya is faster and before kenpachi has even a chance to try to counter with another attack of his own, byakuya probably would have already sliced and diced him then used his bankai to finish him off.

Exactly, Kenpachi's attacks is using his Zanpaktou offensively basically. Renji did survive, but I think Byakuya was holding back. What was to stop him from making the blades continously massacre the opponent like an infinite loop. The attacks dont have to stop. If it was just a single round or wave then yeah kenpachi can withstand but not a neverending waves of constant onslaughts.
