Looks: Justin/ Takeo has pale white skin and sickly blue lips. His shoulders are not very broad, and he is not tall. He has a large amount of small puncture wounds on his legs that look like purple spots. His hair is messy, but not greasy, and uncombed. His eyes are piercing and a very electric blue. His hands are large, and so are his feet, but his arms and legs are not. His toes are small, and his fingers are long but not thin.

Personality: Takeo is pacifistic in nature, but although he hates fighting, he will do it. His philosophy is to not hold arms against those not marked. He strongly believes this, and will not jump into a fight, even if that means he will get hurt. He is calm and comtenplating, thinking all moves before attacking. He does insult people and ignores loud people. He whines a bit, but only when he has to do work, or work well with specific people.

Likes: What does your character enjoy doing? Sipping tea, discussing issues, playing his violin.

Dislikes: What does you character hate? Violent movies, loud people, and working

History: Takeo grew up in the poorest district of the soul society, which he despised immensely. Of course there were positives, good tea, not much work, but there were many negatives involved, like having to dodge tea and alcohol glasses thrown by inebriated men. He eventually got the hang of ducking every time he heard a twang in the air, the humming of the glass, but it still was horrible. Men harrased him, thugs demanded money from him, and children excluded him from there sword fights. He ran as far as he could from that place, but kept coming back. He would find the outskirts and live out there for a day or two, but it never lasted for long, because he would stumble back in, thirsty for tea. One day a rich man came to the district offering items to children who would perform in his plays, and Takeo accepted. He was given a fine quality violin, and told he would be the musician in the story, the King's lamenting rats. He wasn't goid at playing the violin, but the rich man was skilled and gave him private lessons. He discussed problems with the man while learning to play, and started to understand the basics of impressions. He was with the man for a year, during which he discovered his talent of impressions. After words he was given a letter of recomendation to the shinigami academy. He was very skilled at kido, as well as the other skills, and so he graduated before most would, although he only really had average shinigami skill. He respected the academy, and was very upset about leaving it. He wrote a letter to the rich man thanking him for all he had done, and also gave the man an idea for his next play, which was never sent, because it was lost to postage, which actually relieved Takeo.

Sample Chapter: Takeo was upset. He had gotten a new assignment, patrol the poor district, searching for a criminal who had been stealing from the others. Takeo felt worse because he had a lead so he couldn't quit. Actually he had better then a lead, he had a letter, which was written by the thief. It was a letter of challenge to battle at the bridge at midnight, and Takeo planned to have many shinigami ambush him so he could be questioned. Takeo was bait, which made the day worse. He took a step onto the bridge, and then he heard a swift clammer. Takeo fell unconscious, on the ground. The thief grabbed him and took him to his hide out. Takeo woke up tied to a chair, with a blindfold over his eyes. He smelled the man's breathe. He shuddered, knowing he wouldn't make it out.

It's polite, but it's also funny

About the stats: it's divided into Strength (STR), Speed (SPD), Endurance (END) and Reiatsu (REI). Your STR, SPD and END should add up to your REI. When your character is *officially* approved, someone in the Shinigami race, like Monty or Baraku will help you out. Good luck XD

Is it okay for me to have an english name?

It's okay, I suppose. Since people in Rukongai are from all sorts of backgrounds, there'd probably be a few English people around the place. But I figure you'd have to choose between your English or Japanese name

What I recommend is:

normal - 30~60

shikai - 130~150

This is just reiatsu.

Figure out how much str, spd, end you want. Keep in mind the str+spd+end=rei formula though.

Apparently you don't have a Bankai. Don't worry, you can get that later.

Hi, it's fine for a english name thats cool. the fourth seat stats are that you have 80 reiatsu in normal, and 200 in shikai, these are shared out between strength speed and endurance. (e.g rei=80 str=20 spd=20 end=40). Just to let you know the 1st squad lieutenant position if open. Either way approved

Yeah, what I figure is I'm gonna get in a fight with a weaker arrancar, then he'll let me go so we battle again, and then I'll go through an extreme bankai training, and then I WILL OWN HIM!

Oh my...So many posts in the last 24 hr. I'm Monty, Captain of the 13th Division (Haruki Seieichi). And apparently we have ourselves sort of another pacifist. Since my character hates swords (or at least killing with them) XD
