Looks: Looks weak, as in, not so muscular, but is actually strong. Has blue hair on the right side, when looking at Light's face, frontward, and white hair on the left side. He wears a red shirt, underneath a black and white un-zipped zipper hoodie, when he's lounging around. But when he's on duty, he wears his regular captain robe, such as white robe with division kanji on it, and regular shinigami robe under it.

Personality:

Light is very funny in his opinion, and by others at times. He is very happy, excited, and hyper, most of the time, but sometimes is very lazy. He can be serious at times, and usually is. But when he's off duty, he act's not as serious, actually goofy, when he's around his friends at those times. He has a low tolerance for idiots, and often get's angry because of it.

Likes: Hanging out with friends, Joking around, Climbing Trees, gates, etc.

Dislikes: Work, Naggy People, Following rules

History: Light grew up in the real world, with his parents. He loved going swimming in his backyard, always, but, one day, he almost drowned. Yet he was saved by a mysterious man, wearing a black robe. Light didn’t get to thank him, because, not only could he not speak, but the man ran off before he could say anything as well. Another incident happened when he was 6, he was attacked by wild animals while his parents were gone, cougars. Though normally they wouldn’t be around this part of the world, they were. They must have snuck off from a zoo, or a shipping company that they snuck with to Japan. Light tried to open the door to get into his house, but he was never good at it, his parents would always let him in, or leave the door open. Light yelled for help, as the same man jumped down from his rooftop, and drew a sword from a sheath, waving it at the animals, probably to say, Back Off! The animals roared as they ran away, Light trying to say thank you once more, but his mouth was very dry. He finally ran over to the pool, and drank some water from it, then able to speak. Just as he opened his mouth, the man left, leaving Light standing there, embarrassed.


Light didn’t see the man for a few weeks, then months, and Light was beginning to think that he would never get to say thank you to the man ever again. That’s when it happened. Light felt something, a presence, then started seeing it, a giant creature, and black, white mask, with a beak. It had feathers and wings, so it was a bird, but a white mask that looked like a skull, that wasn’t even known yet possibly. Light ran though, due to the fact that the bird was TWICE the size of his house. The bird followed him, as soon as Light ran out the front door. As soon as Light tripped on the road, the bird came and slashed at Light with the beak, but, when Light thought he was dead, the mysterious man jumped in with the sword again, and slashed the bird down in its prime. Though Light didn’t bother saying thank you, knowing the man would jump away again, and so he did. The next day, Light was leaving to go to school, when he was hit by a car. He woke up in front of his house, floating, and saw a chain in his chest. He screamed at the sight, and yanked at the chain, it hurting him. He stopped tugging; the man jumped around until close enough to see Light, and stood in front of him. He smiled, un-sheathing his sword again, the hilt of the sword glowing. He pressed it to Light’s forehead, Light disappearing and appearing in a large place filled with people with torn clothes, and Light as well.


Light then saw an old man walk up to him, and he spoke. “You’re new here, are you not?” Light nodded, his mouth wide opened. “Well, do you know where you are…?” Light shook his head no, his mouth still wide open. “You’re in Rukongai, of Soul Society, the poor part of ‘Heaven’,” Light moved his mouth until it closed, and then finally spoke. “So I… died?” he said, the old man nodding afterwards. “There are people known as Shinigami, that help dead people come to heaven…there are people with high Reiatsu, or spiritual energy, that every month get chosen to be eligible to go the Shinigami academy, to see if you can become a shinigami, and today is the day to be chosen to go to the academy,” Light smiled, now knowing what a shinigami was, and wanting to become one. “Where is it happening?” Light spoke, yet almost yelled at the same time. “Down that road, and to the left…” the man told him, pointing in the direction. Light ran off in the direction, waving to the old man. “Thanks!” he yelled, the old man still smiling as he was before. “He has good things in store for him,” the man said, walking off once more. Light rushed into a bunch of people crowded together, jumping around and waving their arms in the air, screaming ‘PICK ME, PICK ME!!!!’ Light got up to the front, after pushing through MANY people. There was a shinigami in a carriage, pointing at people, almost at random. “You, you, not you, yes you!” Light then saw the man point to the same people, then signaling to follow him to the academy apparently. Light looked down in disappointment, and frowned. The carriage stopped, as horses jumped into the air, neighing. The man jumped out, and walked over to Light, staring at him. “……….You, come with me” He told Light, signaling to follow as well. Light smiled and jumped into the air, as high as possible, yelling, “YAHOOOO!!!!”



Weeks later, Light was training in the academy with other students, practicing Shakkahou, hado 31. Then, the teacher told Light to come out into the hallway for an ‘important announcement’. “Light Tsubasa, you are graduated, and are hereby going to be part of division 5, go to the barracks and talk to the captain. Light did, and as he walked through the door he said, “Hello sir, my name’s Light Tsubasa and I was told to be part of your squad!” he smiled, brown hair, a 5 o’clock shadow, and a shinigami uniform with a white cape on his back. “Your uniform is in the closet, and welcome to the squad!” Light took the uniform and got out of there. As soon as he got home, light put on the uniform, and went to bed. He heard a voice in his dreams. He imagined everything he touched, turned into ice. He saw a man made of ice, it seemed to be a knight "You, are Light Tsubasa, do you know who I am" Light shook his head no, as he cowered in fear, and shock. "I don’t know who you are..." Light told the knight. The knight spoke back with, "Say, Glow, Destroy, and Freeze, and you will find out." Light nodded, and gulped, "Glow... Destroy... and Freeze!" and as he said that, he woke up, in a cold sweat, with ice around him. "What happened?" Then Light laid back down, and hit something. "Ow! It's like I hit something wooden!" When Light picked up what he had laid on, he picked up a katana, with a handle that is white with black stripes, and the sheath was dark red. "A...A zanpakuto!" For the rest of the day, Light did nothing besides stay around in his room, due to being new, and having no missions yet. That very night, Light heard the voice again, telling him, "My name, can you hear me say it?" Light stood there. And finally replied. "Ten...rai...Hoshi...kuzu"



Months later, Light had finally learned shikai. Its name was Gyouko Tenrai Hoshikuzu, Freezing Divine Stardust. Light then trained with other shinigami, in fact, captains. Light then started getting more experience with fighting, and was good at using shikai. He then learned about bankai, and wanted to obtain it. Light trained for weeks later, killing many hollows as well. He finally did it. His bankai was named, Kahouni Gyouko Tenrai Hoshikuzu, Below Freezing Divine Stardust. Light then was told that if he could beat a captain, in front of 200 other shinigami, then Light would become the captain of that squad. So Light challenged the 5th Division’s Captain. “Light, are you sure you want to fight?” He said, un-sheathing his sword. “Cause ya might die! Light jumped over the captain when he tried to slash Light. “Good job dodging me THAT time, but not this time!” Light slashed at the captain, probably more than 200 shinigami crowding around them, watching the fight. “I think I might lose! Good job Light Tsubasa!” Light then jumped back, grinning. “Bankai,” he spoke, raising his sword high in the air. All that everyone else saw, was a slash going straight through the captain, and him falling to the ground, ice around him. That was when Light became captain of the 5th squad.

You can always right about your life as you a human, how you died, your life in Rukongai, Training at the Academy, Climbing the ranks, How you became a Captain, your Life as a Captain, etc.
