Haruki Seieichi - Ability Application Updated

Okay no one probably cares since I've been mentioning it like crazy. But I'm not one for breaking rules and I need approval I guess. Really I guess I'll put that a benchmark for abilities. Then maybe create a bio for them in the 13th Division thread.

Zanpakuto Subsequent Techniques__________________________________________________
- Kido Cannon Casting via Gohoshigore in it's shikai state: As a note before some states I ripped this off from Voruta (His Bankai's Kido Sword Ability). I've had this idea brewing for a while. Because of the nature of my zanpakuto and my extensive abilities in kido I can forge and then fire "kido cannon" type spells in according to the specific blade's elemental type. Example:Gohoshigore's blade that is surrounded in lightning and producing spells like Byakurai through it.

Hitomi Gohoshigore's (Bankai) Second Arrangement - "Gosekiryu Gohoshigore" (The Culiminating Energies of the Five-Star Twilight Dragons): My bankai's second arrangement. The massive amount of elements that completes its overall make up compress and shape themselves into the body of what appears to be dragons (Large mass elements in the shape of dragon - fire, wind, water, earth, and lightning). The elements gain an extensively solid form so that they aren't broken up easily. Gosekiryu Gohoshigore can unstablize when needed in conjunction with the bankai's primary effect (To merge and mix-match to formulate different techniques) and as such several elements can be placed together to form a dragon (Such as merging water and air to create a giant dragon of ice. Or merging fire and earth to create a moltened state dragon)

Kido Preformance via Gosekiryru Gohoshigore: This is Hitomi Gohoshigore's 3rd Ability (Gosekiryru Gohoshigore itself is just a technique that can be applied. This feature of the second arrangement counts as a new ability) Haruki is able to apply the use of Elemental Based Kido while his bankai is in its second arrangement. The dragons are able to fire subsequent kido -based on the dragon's make up - from their mouths. This gives Haruki the ability to use kido indirectly from his own body being able to fire it from anywhere.

Hitomi Gohoshigore's (Bankai) Final Arrangement - "Kyoukugouryu Gohoshigore" (Final Fusion of the Five Star Twilight): My bankai's final arrangement and 4th Ability. The elements that completes its entire make-up collapses in on Haruki. The elements end up converting into pure form reiatsu and relinquishes and merges itself into the him. This merge of energy raises Haruki's Natural output of reiatsu by a factor of 1.7x (Base Stat for Reiatsu is raised to 10625 ---only during the final arrangement's useage of course) Haruki's strength, speed, and endurance are effect by the boost as well (basically...just an additional 4375 is split among those). The power and timing of all of Haruki's kido performance is enhanced as well. This ability only lasts for 8 of the user's posts.

Upon becoming Kido Corps Grand Kido Chief, I've subsequently mastered all numbered kido as well as restricted/forbidden kido. (Not much to that.)
