Arrival of the Three-Eyed Vizard...Haruki Seieichi Returns

(((Okay well this is the appropriate topic I guess. Since general posts cannot be made within Gotei 13. -This stories setting does not take place in my division or anyone elses)))

The area bolstered with a damp heat unlike most days as the man transversed through the winding districts each one getting more and more vast and uncluttered. He looked intent, a strong intent that had never been seen upon his face even by his closet peers. Even so the man was not along as he had a prisoner with him bounded in sufficent kido as he dragged him along. The prisoner seemed dead and defeat to no less than an inch of his life.

It felt like ages since the man went though areas like these and Rukongai was memory of miserable existances. At least that is what came to mind over previous memories of days old. Approaching a large east gate of the Seireitei, the man was stopped by a sentry of shinigami.

"Stop...no one other than authorized shinigami can enter Soul Society!"

But I am...Surely it hasn't been that long. The man announced with a grin as he lifted his glasses that ever so lightly slouched in front of his face.

"Who are you exactly?!"

Continuing his grin and what would seem to be an introduction to shinigami beneath his rank. I am Haruki Seieichi, Captain of the Thirteen Division of Thirteen Court Guard Squads....

After so many months, Haruki Seieichi returned to Soul Society and was presumed to be KIA. Regardless of this he stood before the sentries alive as ever save for he wasn't wearing his shihakkusho nor his double blanked haori (baring his Captain's garb as well as the Kido Commandant garb that he came to be known for.

"Captain Seieichi?! Unbelievable...He's been announced KIA by Captain Commander Baraku himself." One guard shouted
Adding - "Who is this with you?"

Don't you recognize him? This is the reason I've been gone for so long...locked in a long battle with him. The leader of the Vizard, Temeto Miyuka...a former shinigami. The men where awestruck but with discontent and nonbelief.

Haruki reached into the weary prisoner a pull out an object Men, if you need more proof then.... Haruki turned the item around and it appeared to be a Hollow's Mask - It was etched out in its center and in bold red what appeared to be three eyes ran accross it.

"It does look like a Hollow doesn't it[/i] One of the guards said in disgust at the sight of it."

The gate opened behind the outside guards and one shinigami approached them. "Haruki Seieichi, Former 13th Division Captain...we have to place you under arrest." Haruki wore a face of query but didn't have time to question anyone before he was restrained (without resistance) and taken into the Seireitei....

Shizuku was in the sitting on the roof of the 13th company barracks. Everyday she would venture to this area, as tribute to her missing brother. She refused to believe that he was dead, no matter what chart, fact or funeral was shown to her. He wasn't dead. Oka-san had retired herself to the R&D department, probably to hide her grief. She didn't want anyone to think that the strong willed healer, could be broken down emotionally like this.

Looking up she saw a familiar black butterfly hovering towards her. Raising her right arm she caught it on a finger and listened to the report.

Captain Shizuku. At approximately High Noon this day, we have apprehended the once deemed K.I.A agent Haruki Seieichi. Please come down to the 4th company relief station for questioning and verification of the Identity of the Captain. Thank you, that is all. The butterfly never had a chance to relay the entire message to Shizuku. She had vanished from the area the moment the word Haruki was mentioned.

Within moments she was running inside the relief station to the holding cells. Coming up on the familiar sight of her Mother, she stopped and looked in the direction she was looking in. Tears ran down her face, as all words lost meaning. Her brother was finally back... Haruki was home.

Aroni was out on a walk, enjoying the weather when he saw a hell butterfly, holding out his right hand the butterfly landed and gave it's report, Vice-captain Aroni, today at noon the once thought MIA Captain Seieichi returned, he is being held in the 4th squad relief station. It is requested that you arive there as soon as you recieve this report. Aroni listened to the whole report before he set off toward the relief station, After all this time he is alive, even I had begun to think something had happened to him. When he arrived there he saw that captains Shizuku and Nejiko were already there, but he thought it best to leave them to their own thoughts and found a shadowed corner to lean in while he waited.

Haruki was taken to the 4th Squad Barracks for direct conformation of identity although he was being contained in mild constraints that blocked his spiritual pressure. He depicted a subtle look of control upon his face. Although it was agreed that higher measures should be taken against a former captain. He was in good enough graces to be put into the situation that he was. Especially to be taken among his peers instead of a direct ticket to the soukyouku.

Thrown into an isolated room blocked off to higher personal, Haruki was slammed into a seat and question about the events of the last few months - as well as the prisoner that he brought with him.

"The last assignment you were given was in Hueco Mundo and yet you bring back an Arrancar as prisoner. You were also to immediately report back upon a certain time limit while on this operation?" "Exactly where have you been all of this time, Captain Seieichi?"

What exactly is this any way. Are you accusing me of treason?

"You're not in a predicament to be forwarding questions back at me, "Captain"!"

Before the conversation could continue, Captain Shiori stormed into the room. She looked as if she had been crying and yet her face revealed course anger. Oddly enough she looked upset at both Haruki and the other shinigami.

"Captain Shiori...What do you think you're doing in here?!"

"Last time, I checked this was the fourth division barracks in within this area regardless of whoever enters, I have the highest jurisdiction present." Nejiko began to ramble until she focused on Haruki.

"And you...what has happened?"
Captain Shiori...I mean, oka-san

Unexpectingly she grabbed Haruki and began to embrace him, turning to the other shinigami in even more expression of how upset she was? "Regardless of speculations against him, these barracks are NO place for incarceration! Much less interrogations"

"Regardless...of speculations, Captain this is exactly why this was one of the least distinct options for the former captain once we got wind of him approaching the seireitei." You're just way too attached to him."

Over the conversation a commotion brewed and a familiar voice ran over loud crashes and in the door ran a distrought Shizuku - fatigue from running non-stop towards the 4th Division's barracks....

Followed...his former vice-captain who was wearing a captain's haori....

Shizuku couldn't process what was going on. Here was her brother... alive and well.. and yet... for some reason.. he didn't seem like her brother anymore. It might have been, the fact that he was stranded in that hell hole for months on end... or it might just be rage... or anger... but he seemed different. But Shizuku was ripped from her thoughts by the leader of the Interrogation, shoving Oka-san out of the way. Raising her right hand she aimed her palm at the captain, as a bright blue glow appeared in her palm. Hadou 88.... Hiryugekizokushintenraiho... The large Aura Storm type attack flew from her palm, hitting the man square in the chest and firing him from the room, charring and mangling him as he went. Shizuku turned towards the other members of his squad and drew her Zanpakuto.

If any of you wish to live... I suggest leaving... this is a family moment... and go retrieve your commander... he's going to need medical attention. As the other members ran off, Shizuku sheathed Tentoken and walked over to her brother, catching him in a wet, teary hug. Her mother joined in the hug and both women stood there, for what could seem like an eternity, trying to convey all the mixed feelings, tear filled nights and wrangled emotions, in this one hug. Shizuku never wanted to let go, not if she could.

Aroni stood against the wall, the discomfort clear on his face. He was not sure what to do and his hiori seemed to weigh a thousand pounds. All he could do was sit there and wait for the others to finish their family renunion.
